REGIONAL VASCULAR CENTER
The tasks of the vascular center are:
- providing specialized medical care to patients with cardiovascular diseases,
- performing high-tech medical interventions,
- advisory work with the use of telemedicine and the departure of teams of specialists to primary vascular centers,
- organizational and methodological work,
- analysis of the effectiveness of measures taken to improve medical care for patients with vascular diseases in the Lipetsk region.
The regional vascular center GUZ "LOCB" was created on a functional basis and includes units that directly provide medical and diagnostic assistance to patients with strokes and acute coronary syndrome:
- Neurological department for patients with cerebrovascular accidents;
- Cardiology department for the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction;
- Department of X-ray surgical methods of diagnosis and treatment;
- Neurosurgical Department and Neuroresuscitation;
- Department of Radiation Diagnostics;
Department of Functional Diagnostics; In order to ensure the activities of the regional vascular center, there is a clinical diagnostic laboratory, an organizational and methodological department, a telemedicine center, an ACS department, etc.
The routes of hospitalization of patients in the RIC were established according to the principle of a "green corridor", bypassing the admission department in order to maximize the speedy diagnosis and high-tech treatment methods, including systemic thrombolytic therapy, as well as surgical treatment of this category of patients.
The regional vascular center is headed by the deputy chief physician for therapy Alla Nikolaevna Tikhonova.
