Memo on obtaining technical means of rehabilitation for temporary use at rental points

At the centers of social protection of the population in Volovsky, Dankovsky, Dobrinsky, Dobrovsky, Dolgorukovsky, Yeletsky, Lebedyansky, Lev-Tolstovsky, Stanovlyansky, Usmansky, Chaplyginsky districts, Lipetsk, Yelets, rental points of technical means of rehabilitation (hereinafter - TSR) have been created.

CATEGORIES OF CITIZENS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE RENTAL SERVICES:

• Disabled people;
• Pensioners;
• Persons temporarily in need of TSW for medical reasons.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO OBTAIN RENTAL SERVICES:

• Statement;
• Identity document (passport);
• Pension certificate (if any);
• Disability certificate (for disabled people).

ORDER AND TERMS OF RENTAL SERVICES

Rental services are provided to the client on a paid basis on the basis of an agreement on the provision of rental services concluded between the Center and the client.

After the expiry of the term specified in the Agreement, the TCP is returned.

Through the rental point, a vehicle is issued to facilitate movement, adaptation to environmental conditions, as well as care products for sick and elderly people to provide assistance at home.

The list of TSRs at rental points and tariffs can be specified on the websites of the centers for social protection of the population or by phone.
