In the Department of Radiation Diagnostics, all modern imaging methods are combined into a single diagnostic complex - radiology, ultrasound - diagnostics, CT, MRI.

The Department of Radiation Diagnostics consists of several structural units that function on the territory of the surgical, therapeutic and polyclinic buildings of the hospital. The most informative and innovative methods of radiation diagnostics are used: X-ray (including mammography), CT, MRI, osteodensitometry, ultrasound in accordance with high international standards.
The clinic is equipped with advanced, modern equipment: high-field MRI GE Signa 1.5T, two multislice computed tomographs - 64-slice Philips Brilliance, 128-slice Philips Ingenuity, STRATOS osteodensitometer - for assessing bone density, digital X-ray diagnostic complexes for 3 workplaces Clinodigit, X-ray digital mammography "MAMMOSKAN" expert class. X-ray computed tomographs are equipped with automatic injectors for bolus administration of contrast medium, high-field MRI GE Signa 1.5T allows to perform studies with dynamic contrast enhancement. In the department, ultrasound examinations are performed on expert class ultrasound devices Philips EPIQ 5, Apogee 5800, an expert class ultrasound device Philips with a set of sensors and 3D function.
All examinations in the Department of Radiation Diagnostics of the State Medical Institution "LOCB" are performed by qualified doctors - radiologists and doctors of ultrasound diagnostics. Diagnostic results allow specialists to assess the patient's health status and prescribe optimal treatment.
