REGIONAL ADVISORY POLYCLINIC

Dear Patients!

The regional consultative polyclinic provides consultations only if there is a referral from specialists from the polyclinic at the place of residence (attachment). The regional consultative polyclinic in the structure of providing medical care to the population of the Lipetsk region is not a primary link and does not have a registered population. The polyclinic specialists provide only advisory assistance. Either the attending physician of the polyclinic at the place of residence (attachment), or the registrar, if there is a referral from the attending physician, can make an appointment with the regional consultative polyclinic through the electronic portal.

The regional consultative polyclinic  carries out:

• consultative, diagnostic and medical assistance using modern medical technologies, involving for these purposes, if necessary, specialists from other medical and preventive institutions, medical and research institutes in the manner approved by the health authorities;
• ensures the management of patients with severe forms of diseases, requiring highly qualified specialists in the process of dynamic observation, the use of complex medical examination technologies, and correction of treatment;
• in accordance with the established procedure, organizes hospitalization in the specialized departments of the hospital or other medical and preventive institutions;
• carries out an expert assessment of the tactics and quality of patient management at the previous stages of medical care, and in the presence of serious defects, informs the relevant medical institutions, medical insurance organizations, and health authorities about them.

In the regional advisory clinic every day 32 doctors of various specialties are receiving appointments.

The head of the regional consultative polyclinic is Valeria Sergeevna Berezina , deputy chief physician for polyclinic work.

On a weekly basis, in addition to the above-mentioned specialists, 12 chief freelance specialists and heads of clinical departments receive patients with difficult treatment and diagnostic terms in the outpatient clinic. The polyclinic annually provides more than 150 thousand consultations to patients, 64% of whom are rural residents.

Since 2002, a "Dynamic group of patients" has been defined in the polyclinic for all specialists. More than 2,000 consultations are made annually to this category of patients. The management of the "Dynamic group of patients" by regional specialists has a positive effect on the quality of medical care provided to them.

At the end of 2011, an "electronic registry" was installed. Appointments to doctors are made via the Internet.
